Smitten is an American word for feeling happy,
having butterflies in your stomach. I think I can make my best work
when I am feeling a little bit in love with a clients brand.
Louise-Lotte is currently living in Heusden Belgium (near Ghent) and was previously living in Breda, Baltimore, Brussels, Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Ghent.
With a solid background of almost 18 yrs in webdesign and some coding in the early days (1998), I moved more and more in the direction of UX and Service Design. For almost 8 yrs now I have been enjoying crafting concepts, to solve the issues customers have & improve their user experience. On top of that, in the last few years, I have been doing qualitive user research, to understand the needs of users & stakeholders and with their insights, reframe the brief and create a UX strategy. I design solutions for the users and at the same time increase revenue for businesses. By keeping good relationships with my clients staying in close contact, emphathizing with their users, delivering solid work, I ultimately hope to upsell work.
Currently I am working as a UX Strategy designer at WundermanThompson (VML) in Antwerp, working for international clients such as Toyota Motor Europe, Eastman SaflexVanceva, NN, and Belgian clients such as Bpost and Telenet.
I want to design Human Centered, remain up-to-date and relevant in the field of UX Design & Strategy and always evolve. It makes me happy to add a social benefit.
