BNP Investment banking app (IMP)

The IMP investment app, an app by BNPPF, was a direct competitor to the KBC Bolero app in 2016. The app was both Android and OS and had external German, Italian and French stakeholders.

Role
My role was to be a part of the Agile product team of the IMP app and CX team, draw the wireframes for changes, such a navigational changes, additional screens for transactions as forseen per epic and per sprint. And at the same time be UX in another challenging project Notifications.

Location
Full time internal in the CX team at BNP Paribas Fortis (Boreal) Brussels.

Challenge
• Be part of the Agile product scrum team & CX team
• upscale the app to BNP standards
• to add functionalities in UX such as navigation add-ons
• add transactions on the account
• add a lot of legal copy for Belgian laws
• trader market insights
